Zwar war es mit iPod touch und iPhone möglich, sich entsprechende Programme im App Store zu laden, von Haus aus ist aber kein Radioempfang möglich. Dies änderte sich mit dem im September vorgestellten iPod nano, mit dem nun auch unterwegs Radiosender gehört werden können.
