FontGenius 1.0 identifies unknown typefaces: "FontGear has introduced the first version of FontGenius, a Mac-based graphics utility. The software scans supplied images for text, and attempts to identify fonts as accurately as possible. Lists of candidate fonts are presented, matched to installed fonts as well as those kept in a local database...."
